Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Draft proposals regarding software, application development, system and maintenance services.
  • Handle contract review and negotiations with the customer.
  • Generate leads under the telecommunications industry.
  • Attend business-related meetings and customer coordination as per existing engagement.
  • Turn leads to closed sales.
  • See opportunities even on simple customer inquiries, and create a need that can be turned into possible sales.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Give sales presentations to prospective customers in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Determine milestone payments appropriate for each engagement and securing that revenue from each milestone are met.
  •  Make cold calls.
  • Visit both existing and potential customers to evaluate their needs or promote products and services.
  • Build a good relation with the customer.
  • Answer customer inquiries promptly in regards to the proposal, commercial need or contract.
  • Make decisions for the business unit and discern when to escalate to the management.
  • Lead a team when necessary.
  • Do critical thinking in times of issues and conflicts.
  • Work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate (written and verbal) to the customer efficiently especially foreign clients.

Qualifications:

  • Shall be the primary responsible for assisting in client installations and deployment.
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential.
  • Responsible for installations of Server and Workstation Operating systems including server roles.
  • Responsible for database installations and shall assist with configurations and management in the absence of the IT Specialist II.
  • Software Asset Management.
  • Regular monitoring and update of Asset Inventory System.
  • Shall assist in the inventory of hardware and software within the organization.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting network and hardware breakdown.
  • Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components.
  • Ensures compliance with Pacific Data’s IT policies, procedures and Data Privacy.
  • Provides necessary support for the business continuity.

Qualifications:

  1. Has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses.
  2. Working knowledge and skills of networking configuration and operation, PC configuration and operation, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Application troubleshooting, Distributed Software, Imaging, Active Directory, and Hardware troubleshooting skills in a complex networked IT environment.
  3. Knowledge on databases and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with specific hardware types such as thermal printers, laser printers, desktop PCs, monitors, switches, and firewall appliance.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  6. Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  7. Must be willing to work on-site.
